Impendi is a veteran-owned business committed to supplier diversity that is giving back to veterans
We are ~80% veteran-owned, with our principal founders, CEO and other key members of our leadership team all being Veterans (in total ~10% of our total workforce are Veterans). The Veteran core values of service, integrity, loyalty and duty are shared across the company and embedded in our approach to client and internal relationships.
How Impendi supports veterans through its commitments to the Fisher House Foundation charity
Fisher House Foundation is actively building a network of comfort homes called Fisher Houses located at major military and Veteran Affairs medical centers throughout the nation. Fisher Houses provide lodging where veteran families can stay free of charge while a loved one is in the hospital receiving medical attention. Since inception, the program has saved military and veterans’ families an estimated $235 million in out-of-pocket costs for lodging and transportation. Providing scholarships for military children is among the many other ways that the Fisher House Foundation support veterans.
Impendi supports Fisher House Foundation by funding a scholarship every year for a child of a fallen hero. It also matches all Impendi employee donations to Fisher House. We also schedule service days where our employees help improve local Fisher Houses for veteran families in Utah, NYC and a to-be expanded set of locations by providing landscaping, gardening, cleaning and other support.
How Impendi supports veterans through its relationship with military placement firm Bradley Morris
Impendi is proud to have a growing affiliation with Bradley Morris, a military recruiting firm which provides the much-needed service of placing talented officers into careers when they are ready to move to the civilian world.
